We Design Your Plan
Thoughtful planning tailored to your family.
Using the information you've provided, we'll prepare your customized estate plan. Depending on your needs, this may include a revocable living trust, last will and testament, financial power of attorney, medical power of attorney, patient advocate designation, HIPAA authorization, trust funding recommendations, business succession planning, and other supporting documents.
Throughout this stage, we'll coordinate with your accountant, financial advisor, insurance advisor, or other professionals whenever appropriate.
Review Together
We'll walk through everything before you sign.
We'll meet to review your documents page by page, explain the purpose of each document in plain English, answer questions, and make any revisions necessary. Our goal is for you to feel completely comfortable and confident before signing.
Execute & Implement
Signing your documents is only the beginning.
We'll supervise the execution of your estate planning documents and provide guidance on the implementation process. Depending on your plan, this may include trust funding recommendations, beneficiary designation reviews, deed preparation or transfers, asset ownership guidance, coordination with your financial advisor or CPA, and recommendations for updating insurance ownership or beneficiaries when appropriate.
Our goal is to help ensure your estate plan functions as intended—not simply provide a binder of documents.
Ongoing Reviews
Your estate plan should evolve as your life evolves.
Major life events—including marriage, divorce, children, business changes, significant asset purchases, inheritances, or retirement—may all warrant updates to your plan. We'll remain available to answer questions, coordinate with your advisory team, and help you keep your plan aligned with your life as it changes.
